timber and sheeted in fibre cement, Comes with a big fark off tarp for a cover. Yeah you can pack plenty more foam in. Foam was bought from Tim Wood (pro-bmx'er sponsored by UNIT)

Foam is just under a year old, Has been covered the whole time so foam is still good
